Refund policy

At Vector and Pixel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund option within 30 days of the transaction. Here's what you need to know:

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Requesting a Refund: If you would like to request a refund, please send an email to hello@vectorandpixel with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the product will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing: After we receive your returned product, it may take up to 7 business days for us to process your refund. You will receive a notification via email once your refund has been processed.

Exceptions: Refunds are not available for custom or personalized products. In the case of a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a replacement.
